The problem

Building a professional services marketplace requires solving trust at every layer — clients need confidence that the professionals they engage are qualified, verified, and accountable. Our primary challenge was creating a robust expert verification system that validates credentials while keeping onboarding fast for professionals. We built a multi-tier review and rating system with verified engagement tracking, enabling clients to compare professionals based on expertise, location, and client feedback. The service catalogue was structured to cover over 100 compliance services with clear scope definitions, transparent pricing, and guided intake forms to reduce back-and-forth. Search and discovery algorithms surface the most relevant professionals for each query. Secure document exchange, digital engagement agreements, and in-platform communication keep all interactions safe and trackable.
